The Illinois State University Foundation receives, holds and administers all gifts to the University.
Credit Card: Make an online gift by credit card through our secure web site.
Mail: Print this online gift form and mail your gift to the Illinois State University Foundation.

Stock Transfer: To make a gift of appreciated stock or other marketable securities, please contact Norris Porter, Director of Development.
Monthly Giving: The Illinois State University Foundation offers electronic funds transfer as an easy method of monthly giving. Please request an EFT authorization card by contacting Norris Porter, Director of Development.
Payroll Deduction: Illinois State University faculty and staff may make gifts to the University by payroll deduction. To initiate a new gift or to change a current gift by payroll deduction, please request a Payroll Deduction Form from the Foundation Accounting Office at (309) 438-2294.
Matching Gifts: Your employer and/or your spouse’s employer may double or even triple the value of your gift. Be sure to send your company’s matching gift form to maximize this benefit for the University and for yourself. Matching gifts are included in totals for donor recognition.
Gifts by Wills, Bequests, and other Ways of Giving: To learn about special deferred and current gift vehicles, visit the University’s special Gift Planning Website. Pledges: A pledge allows the Illinois State University Foundation to document your future intent and send reminder notices based upon the gift schedule that you choose for payments.
